Subject: New front-loading iMac install problem

Hiya --
Just got the spiffy new YDL v2.1 at a trade show, and
tried to install it... and it wasn't happy.
My machine is a test subject, so I installed clean
MacOS, then tried to install YDL. It hangs at the
point where it wants the install CD (after answering
keyboard type). It says it can't find the CD --
though the thing booted from it.
Any thoughts?
