Kai:

Just wanted to say how much I was pleased with YDL2. I have
been doing quite a few new installations on a variety of G3 and
G4 systems. I did have some media issues with the CD-R, and I
appreciate your replacement policy.

I am really happy with YUP. I love the capability for the
system to go out and update itself with security fixes and
improvement updates. This is something I've appreciated Debian
Linux very much for. Installation, update and administration is
always a necessary task with Linux. YUP just makes it a lot
easier.

I also really appreciate the contributions of users and
developers to the mailing lists. Many new users complain about
insufficient documentation (which can never be complete).
However a good mailing list and links to other sites gets me
solving my own problems very quickly. I've had a variety of
issues and problems with my different systems, and I was able to
find most of the answers before having post a group query.

I would like to suggest improving your search engine to look
at the mailing list message body contents (not just subject).
Sometimes its very difficult to find that little piece of data
to get me going quick. Also get lpstyl and xemacs RPMs rolled
into the main distribution. Just my $0.02.

Keep up the good work and thanks to your staff and user
base.
