I believe your problem could be due to your use of Boot X. According to the
YDL CS 1.2 manual, G4's are only suppose to use yaboot, NOT boot x. So get
rid of Boot X and set up your G4 for yaboot (instructions for this are in
the YDL CS 1.2 manual).
