I am trying to install YDL 1.2 for the first time and have gotten the
message: "mount failed: Invalid Arguments" when installing the system on my
B&W G3.

I have searched the archives and tried the comments posted there from Josh
Smith to no avail.

"If you're continuing with the installation after partitioning the drive, and
getting "mount failed" errors, try this: Run fdisk at the usual time, edit
the partition map, write the map, get the warning message, quit from fdisk,
reboot, and then run through the initial configuration up the fdisk part,
but this time just do "Done" at the Partition Disks dialog box (rather than
"fdisk"). On the following "Current Disk Partitions" screen, all the
partitions should appear (the ones that you set up the first time through).
See if that does the trick for you..."

Any new ideas?

Thanks,
