Nope, the drive is formatted as a Linux e2fs file system, which is not
accessible from the Mac side. There is no way I know of, to make this
drive visible to MacOS - at least not until MacOS 9.2.1 - MacOS X might,
at some stage, get a e2fs implementation.
I'm not quite sure, where you went wrong in your installation, but you
should be able to get it to dual boot, as described in the 'New World'
Mac installation instructions (booting into Open Firmware).
