I posted a long message earlier about trying to install YDL 2.0 on a
G3 upgraded Performa 6400.

Today, I faced more problems trying to install on a 7200/90.
Basically, as soon as Boot X kicks into Linux for installation, the
monitor goes to sleep (no signal). I've tried passing kernel
arguments with no success yet (video=platinumfb:vmode:16,cmode:8),
but perhaps there's something more I'm missing under this new BootX
1.2.3. Any suggestion on the right combination of "Force Video
Settings," "No video driver" and kernel arguments? I've tried two
monitors without success, and again, I know that YDL 1.2 and LPPC
2000 Q4 works with this machine.

What is going on with the YDL 2.0 install kernel?

Thanks in advance.
