Eiffel is an Object Oriented language, which seems to
be used mainly for teaching and thinking about OO.
Bertrand Meyer uses it to illustrate good programming
practice in OOSC-2 (Object Oriented Software Construction),
such as design by contract, etc, etc. i don't know much
more than that yet. SmallEiffel is a GPL distribution
of Eiffel
