Subject: KDE mystery

After upgrading KDE 2.1.2 to the new KDE 2.2.1 I've had the following
mystery. Must be a simple answer, but NOT to me!
Everything functions perfectly under the root account, but under the user
account there are TWO problems:
1. Konqueror browser will not start.
2. Autostart icon will not work.
Everything else is fine. It must be something simple - like a link - but I
don't know. Can you help? Please . . . . . .
