It looks like you don't have my GD libraries installed as you're missing the
GIF support that mine have.

Install or upgrade these:

ftp://ftp.froese.org/rpms/ydl-2.0/gd/1.8.4

Also, I've got a newer version of PHP compiling as we speak with IMAP
compiled in. It will be php-4.0.6-3 and it is available here - they're
available now:

ftp://ftp.froese.org/rpms/ydl-2.0/php/4.0.6

As a rule, with these RPMs, I've only used:

1. YDL 2.0 RPMS.
2. My own RPMS.

There should be no other dependancies at all.
