We haven't placed one on the ftp sites because right now our mirror
servers probably wouldn't want to provide an extra 400 megs of disk space.
I recommend someone that has a server on the net, make an image and make
it available to the public. We'll even put a link to it on the web site.
Anyway, I'd prefer not to have a cd image on our ftp site.
