yaboot on HFS partition

Hi all. I'm trying to install YDL on my 450 G4 (Sawtooth). I have 4 MacOS
partitions on my HD. Three of them (including the one that MacOS boots from)
are HFS+, but I left one of them as HFS so that I could boot into Linux. I'm
trying to install using Open Firmware with yaboot. I've called the little
HFS partition "Linux" and have boot yaboot, vmlinux, and the ramdisk file in
there. When I try to boot from in from Open Firmware by typing "boot
Linux:yaboot_0.4" I get the following message:

can't OPEN: /pci@f2000000/pci@d/mac-io@7/ata-4@1f000/disk@0.5,\\.tbxi

Anyone know what's going on?

Thanks.
