Subject: Minicom update & internal modem

It looks like the patch finally made into the release. So the
just-released minicom 1.83.0 seems to contain the fix that makes It work
with the internal modem. I didn't try but I did look at the source.
I suggest distribution makers test it and make the update for their next
rounds of CDs.
