I can think of 3 reasons. One would be that they don't consider Linux a big
enough market to be targeted, another, they never heard of Linux, and thirdly,
pressure from "some" operating system manufactures not to support Linux.

But can anyone explain why Kensington, of all their trackballs they chose to
put a usb cable on their worst and continue to push a design that has serious
mechanical problems.
