Err..go to http://devel.yellowdoglinux.com
Check out the RuffPack .

Any RedHat based distribtution can be expected to have the RedHat base of
tools:

newt
setuptool
Xconfigurator
timetool
kbdconfig
mouseconfig
sysvinit
netcfg

Don't forget the Linux key components:
kernel
glibc
the gnu tools

Everyone seems to bundle both major development environments also:
KDE
Gnome

Now, aside from a few multimedia packages, games, and apps; What major schism
do you expect to see between two RedHat based distribtuions? From a holistic
view, they are all pretty vanilla. The on big thing that seems to
differentiate these vanilla installations is the installer. While GUI
installers are nice, you have to learn each of them. Usually, one text mod e
installer is all you have to learn to switch to someone else's.
