Mainly this is in the form of updating our own tree. We look to rawhide
for patches and such, but more and more we're developing independently.
This will be even more so the case as we hire more development staff in
the coming weeks.

We are, but we're not just immitating RH's installer in a window :)
That, is my point. I do agree with you in that a GUI makes people more
comfortable even if it is exactly the same thing as the text-based version
that scared the bejeezus out of them :)
