Well, now I got the YDL to install. I replaced my GTX250P display adapter
with a GTX110P and it gets much farther. I was able to do a complete
install, but I have hit another snag with no obvious solution.
After freeing unused kernel memory, the system displays the following.
Warning: unable to open an initial console.
Kernel panic: No init found. Try passing init= option to kernel.
Rebooting in 180 seconds..
Now besides the fact that it never reboots, I'm not sure what the problem
is. I tried passing some arguments to init= such as /bin/bash, but nothing
seems to work. I'm about to try a total re-install for good measure.
Any ideas?
