Could you please send me your most recent aty128fb.c and aty128.h as
attachements? I seem to be having trouble with patching anything (my kernel
source is full of debug stuff right now).

I grabed the aty128fb.c and aty128.h from the 2.3.38 source tree from
us.kernel.org but I am not sure if this is the latest version or not.
