Subject: CS 1.1 support for Initio Miles U2W PCI SCSI card?

Totally unrelated to my last question...
A colleague of mine is installing CS 1.1 on a pm7500, and the
installer does not see an UW scsi disk attached to the Initio Miles
U2W PCI SCSI card. As the bootup screen flies by we can't see that
the card is recognized either.
Any hope here or are we limited to using the onboard scsi only?
