I'm using Toast 3.5.7, so YMMV:

FORMAT:
        ISO 9660

...no other settings, no Level 1 naming changes, don't change anything.
Then just "drag-n-drop" the icon of the YDL disk image onto your Adaptec
window and select "Write CD"...

You REALLY don't want to make it any more complext than it is...and it
isn't complex at all. Just a straight raw write as ISO 9660. Period.

Aren't you glad CD-R media is so cheap...8-)...
