Sorry to keep you guys busy, but.

This is a general Linux question.

While I am waiting for some responses on another mailing list, I thouht I would
try to un-rpm KXicq (coz it is broke) and the re-rpm it. Couldn't hurt I
thought.

But I get this:

[root :: ~]# rpm -e kxicq-0.3.0-1a.ppc.rpm
error: package kxicq-0.3.0-1a.ppc.rpm is not installed
[root :: ~]# rpm -i kxicq-0.3.0-1a.ppc.rpm
error: package kxicq-0.3.0-1a is already installed
[root :: ~]#

bonus ;) what the hell?
