Subject: CS 1.2 via http rather than ftp

If possible, can CS 1.2 be made available for download via http
in addition to (or instead of) ftp?
The reason is that, from behind my company's firewall, it seems
that idle connections time-out. This seems to have the nasty
effect that long fto download never complete because the ftp
control channel times out...at least this is my current theory
as to why long fto downloads don't work. Downloading via
httpd, however, ahs no such problem becuase http has no "out of
band" control channel.
So, if CS 1.2 were made available via http also, that would be
good. Thanks.
