Subject: second net adapter non detected

Hi,
I installed YDL (CS 1.1) on my RS/6000 7243P 120Mhz. Pfffff.....but It
works !
Two Problems !
1) Network : I have a integrated network adapter (PC Net 79 ...) detected
eth0 and another adapter 3C509 ISA (with bnc connector for our network). I
just use the second adapter because bnc connector.
The integrated is correctely detected but the second is ignored. Ifconfig
does nothing.
I had looking for

http://cesdis.gsfc.nasa.gov/linux/diag/#isa-diags
for progs for diags (el3.c) and setup (3c5x9setup.c), but when I compile with
gcc -O -o el3 el3.c there were some warnings and errors and stops
2) A know Problem : X with a S3 864 graphic card ...
Help me please ( the one pb is the most important for me actually).
