  Guess I had a burr up my ars this morning. If it's proprietary, then my
course of action has been to ask the author(s) or company, nicely, if they
would consider porting to Linux PPC. Offer to sign a non-disclosure and
beta test for them if they don't have the hardware, and they are nervous
about disclosing their source. (Like someone won't hack a work around
anyway!) As you say, I think we're all busy porting what we want to PPC,
and those with the know-how are trying to make RPM's available for the
rest. I still stand by my last statement though, learn and contribute!
