First of all, CS 1.2 works on most G4 systems and will work on all of them
with a little help. It is only the *very* latest G4 systems that Apple
*JUST* changed that have a Rage128Pro video card as opposed to the earlier
Rage128 video card. These machines just started shipping in the last
couple weeks so...
With these systems you can use yaboot to boot the machine fine. If you
want more than 8bpp of color depth with acceleration you must add the
kernel patch and use an updated Xpmac.
You can find the patch, pre-compiled kernels, and replacement Xpmac and XF
4.0 Xservers to help things along until official versions are generated by
Dan and company at the following URL
