Evan,

This is true.. we are using the monolithic Linux kernel. Gone Home will be
quite different from LinuxPPC R5, etc..

When we designed Champion Server we didn't put huge amounts of time into
things like GUI tools. Most adminstrators, etc. know how to get around
their system without those tools. The goal of this first Champion Server
release was to include many utilities which are quite valuable to the
server. An example of this is the first version of a tool I wrote
called "install-ssh" which makes getting, patching for PPC, and installing
the SSH (Secure Shell) server and clients a simple process.

Also.. now that we have a little traffic on this list ;) .. give us
feedback on things you like to see in future Champion Server and Gone Home
editions..
