For Dan and others that might come across this,
I noticed the config file for xfs was made for Red Hat 6.0. I have heard
from another guy running RH6.0 that his intel based machine has a
similar xfs shut down problem.
If the problem lies in the config file, I am not 'experienced" enough to
get at the problem.
