You want Mailman, the GNU Mailing List Manager. www.list.org
Its much better than majordomo. I switched all of my lists over from
majordomo to Mailman about a year ago. They were very easy to switch and
Mailman has so much more functionality, and a great web interface for admins
and subscribers.
