xmms, should be installed by default in /usr/bin...

mime type settings:

Add this mime type:

Streaming MPeg
type: audio/x-mpegurl
extension: m3u
application: /usr/bin/xmms `cat %s`

For the MPEGAudio type:

Add the: mp3 extension to the list
application: /usr/bin/xmms %s

    -t
