Subject: B&W rev2 G3-3 ADBmouse button emulation problem

Hi all.
I just installed CS1.1 on a B&W rev2 G3.
I have an apple ADB extended keyboard and apple adb mouse.
The problem is that I have tried passing the adb_buttons=1,103,111 in kernel
args (exactly as hda=noautotune adb_buttons=1,103,111) as recommended in the
install docs but all I get is the F11 key acting as the right mouse button and
the F12 key does nothing.
I looked at /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xkb/keycodes and it looks like the F11 key is 111
and F12 key is 119 so I tried adb_buttons=1,111,119 and that makes the F12 key
act as the right mouse button, and the F11 does nothing. I also tried
adb_buttons=111,119 (without the 1,) and then the F11 key still does nothing but
F12 acts as the middle mouse button!
I'm lost.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
