Strange rpm response

I think I may have gobbed up something within rpm's config files or
database WRT postgres removal. I don't recall exactly what I did, but I
don't think I did anything out of the ordinary 'rpm -e foobar.rpm'
command. Now, whenever I install, I get the following:

% rpm -ivh foobar.rpm
foobar ###################################################
ldconfig: warning: can't open /usr/lib/pgsql (No such file or
directory), skipping.

Everything seems to install just fine, it's just that I keep getting
this message. Anything I can do to fix this?
