        "If you are using Netscape 4.x to browse the web..." That's a big
"if"...:) This Mac has no TCP/IP apps on it whatsoever. I guess I could
try to download NS, but that likely comes in .sit, .hqx, or .bin format. I
find it particularly odd that Stuffit recommended using NS 4.x to fix the
problem since my NS 4.x browser on Win98 couldn't even download the
program files; it needed MSIE.

        I'm working on this approach right now. At least their Windows
app is a self-extracting executable.

        It's a good thing I'm a patient fellow...:)
