I installed YDL 2.0 on my Supermac 900 with Voodoo 3/3000 and was using
I believe) the video drivers for the card. At least, I didn't need to
check the 'No Video Driver' box in BootX.

I installed the Tasty Morsels 2.4.4 kernel and can no longer use the
video drivers. I've tried Xconfigurator and Xautoconfig as per previous
lists and the support pages, but the screen goes blank on bootup unless
I check the 'No Video Driver'box. Video reponse is then slow.

I also tried supplying BootX with arguments:

video=tdfx: variety of vmodes/resolutions

but none work. Best I can get is undecipherable text

Any obvious reason why the drivers seem to stop working with the 2.4.4
kernel?

Thanks

John
