I have installed Yellow dog 1.2.1 on a PowerMac 7500

When ever I try to run this I get the following error:
Sever doesn't exist, can't continue
tried to use ../../usr/X11R6/bin/XF68_FBDev

I am doing this from /usr/X11R6/bin

and cannot see the file it tried to use any help on
what I need to do to get X windows environ running?
