Downloading from Mac OS X (Server in may case, but it's the same
for the client suite) results in a SimpleText document that can be
perfectly opened with TextEdit. The file is perfectly formatted and
looks really nice, but shows up as nothing more than a SimpleText
document.
About the content, still haven't had the chance to read it.
