All of the pre-compiled binaries for php4 and mysql are on the install CD in
the RPMS folder. So, all you gotta do is mount the install CD and rpm -i the
php4, php4mysql and mysqlserver rpms and your set.
I would highly suggest you stay away from any uncompiled sources, as most
require a lot of things that may not be present in your current install of
YDL2.0.
