If you are talking about the MacOS partition on the same computer, you
can mount the partition anywhere, even / if you want, but this is
highly unadvisable. The best place to mount it is /mnt/macos (you'll
have to create a directory /mnt/macos, and then mount the MacOS
partition).

To make it perminent, add the mount information to the /etc/fstab
file.
