        That's pretty much irrelevant for two reasons:

        1. The fixes/enhancements will presumeably get into the main
           kernel source eventually.

        2. The people doing said fixes/enhancements would most likely
           be kernel hackers anyway doing it for fun even if they were
           not employed by RedHat.
