Last I've heard, there isn't StarOffice for linux on the ppc, and there
isn't likely to be for some time. You may want to check out the following as
alternatives:

applixware, gnumeric, abiword, koffice, ?

I am happily using gnumeric and abiword, and will be experimenting with koffice
soon.
