YDL Install Error ?

Got my CD's today! When I try to load it up for
BootX method, clicking on the file I get the error:

"The application program 'BootX_1.2.2.sea" could not be opened,
because an error type -39 occurred."

Is there anyone who knows what's up here or a work around ?
