Subject: Have ydl2.0, need 2.1 for radeon support

Hi all,
I'm new to the list and not sure if anything like this has been posted
already.
I got ydl ppc 2.0 a few months ago, then found out about the lack of radeon
support (i have a g4 w/ radeon). I tried installing w/o graphics a couple of
times, but it didn't work.
In lieu of my lack of linux experience, would it be best to attempt to
install 2.0, then 2.1 on top of it, or just go out and get the 2.1 cds? I
can follow directions well, but the package is relatively cheap.
Also, i'm not quite sure how to use this list in digest form. I subscribe to
the mac evangelist, and the digest comes as a bunch of messages, where as
this digest is simply subjects and authors.
I'd appreciate any help, thanks in advance.
