I didn't use the webmin.rpm from there - go to http://webmin.com and
download the webmin-0.87.tar.gz file from there,
Use "tar -xzvf webmin-0.87.tar.gz"
"cd webmin-0.87"
"./setup.sh"
Choose redhat 7.1 as your linux version
It will do all of the rest on it its own.
