I've set up partitions (/, /usr, /var, /home, /usr/local) and mke2fs hangs
while formatting and making the filesystem. It looks like the install is
still running because I can switch consoles and the cursor blinks; the
installer has been displaying "Making ext2 filesystem on /dev/sdb5..." for
about an hour. On its last line, the log console (?) (command-F3) says:
* running: /usr/bin/mak2fs mke2fs /tmp/sdb5 -c

Any suggestions?
