Netscape install

Could anybody point me to a good resource that would give step-by-step
instructions for installing Netscape under YDL?

I'm working off the instructions at:

http://linux.macnews.de/install/?lang=english#netscape

but after the install I get:

Registering Communicator 4.08...
ERROR: Installation completed, but unable to update/create the product
version registry...

Going to the netscape dir and typing ./netscape gives me:

Segmentation fault (core dumped)

I'm trying to install v4.08 from netscape's ftp site (the only version I
could find mklinux listed for).
