Jeff,
It doesn't look like this program has been compiled on a PowerPC machine.
When you're downloading binaries (like this one) you have to make sure it
was compiled for your architecture (PowerPC, x86, Alpha, MIPS, etc.)
They're going to have to provide you with this or else you're going to be
SOL.
