I am going to get ADSL from my local phone company because the modem in
the iMac does not quite meet my expectations.
Has anyone set up a linuxPPC box with ADSL yet.
The ISP people are confident that it will work but i am told that people
can log onto the linux box because ADSL gives you a static ip.
Besides making sure that root is password protected are there any
additional security measures i should take.
