Subject: More on invalid vmode

I conducted some further experiments trying to rid myself of the invalid
vmode message, and the screen refresh problems II have been
experiencing. I switched from using X68_FBDev to using Xpmac. After
rebooting the invalid vmode error is no more, so it does not appear to
be a kernel argument related error. As an added bonus the screen refresh
problems, and my console/X window offset problem, have both been
resolved.
