Dear people of this mailinglist,

I tried to install yellowdog linux, the installation process whent
smoothly, but after reboot I got the following message:

VFS: Cannot open root device 00:00
kernel pannick: VFS: unable to mount root fs on 00:00

I installed it on a WS 8550/200.
I hope someone can help me, because I am eager to start using this
fantastic OS.
I used to use it on PC's a long time ago and I saved some money for this
yellowdog distribution, because it is simply the best.
