Yup. I discussed that last week on this list because the update
notice was confusing on this issue (and Dan's said he'll fix that
next time he has to send out a kernel update, to make the notice
clearer)

It probably wouldn't be a bad thing for yup to put up a "important
thing to note about this update" warning, but I don't know that yup
or the RPM protocols would allow that.
