Actually, these computers also won't work with OS 9 if the partition in
question is not wholly in the first 8 GB of the drive. The problem was fixed
with the B&Ws (& it may also have been fixed in the Rev C beige G3). Only
the beige G3s (all incarnations), and the tray-loading iMacs are affected.
