How did you install the tulip 0.92 driver? It comes with its own PCI module
which has to be installed along with tulip.o.

I made a lot of mistakes by trying to install the tulip driver, not
realising that it is not a completely standalone module(in the stock
kernel), and that it requires the installation of one PCI module
(pci_scan.o).

The page http://www.lifeatzero.com/dsbelile/downloads/tulip-0.92/
seems to cover all that. If you did install it from this page, than it
sounds like a bad news for me ;-)
